Weight Training
Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells or weight stacks in order to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction.

Functional Training
Functional training has its origins in rehabilitation. Physical and occupational therapists and chiropractors often use this approach to retrain patients with movement disorders. Interventions are designed to incorporate task and context specific practice in areas meaningful to each patient, with an overall goal of functional independence.

Yoga
Yoga, is a meditative means of discovering dysfunctional perception and cognition, as well as overcoming it for release from suffering, inner peace and salvation.

I am being trained by Ranbir Kapoor’s former gym trainer, Pradeep Bhatia. He trained Ranbir Kapoor for seven years and had also worked on Diljit Dosanjh’s looks for the film Soorma. I feel good looks are important, but fitness is always a priority. Look at actors like Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff! I feel confident when I work out and look fitter, with my abs showing as I remove my shirt.
