BOOTCAMP

A Fitness Boot Camp is a series of inter-related exercises designed to build fitness and strength, conducted with brief intervals. A typical bootcamp routine begins with dynamic running and stretching, followed by a bout of weight-lifting, sit ups and push-ups and ends with a round of yoga postures. It is called “boot camp” because it involves training a group of people as opposed to individual training.
